Meditation: Mind, Body and Senses 8.00 to 8.450am

Learn and practice meditation and mindful movement practices that form the bedrock of our embodiment in the world.
Guided meditations, on both Tuesday and Fridays. No need to re-register - link remains the same. Register once and attend as many as you like, on one or both days. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

By donation. Suggestion £4 per class, but please give what you're comfortable with.

Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin…evenings of different stories all with a dharma theme, followed by a guided meditation related to the theme.
