Wake Up!
Bodhi Yoga was set up by yoga teacher Bram Williams in 2004 to present yoga classes, courses and workshops - with the aim to explore not just the physical aspects of yoga but practical applications of yoga practice on all aspects of our being, and of our lives.
Bodhi Yoga’s popular weekly ‘Yoga: A Mindful Practice’ classes encourages meditation as well as the more usual yoga postures, relaxation and breathing practices. Our Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga class is for those who want to explore the body as a tool for deep relaxation, awareness and healing. Our workshops are themed exploring many elements, including how yoga can be integrated into daily life & work. And our retreats allow an opportunity to go deeper into your practice.
The philosophy behind Bodhi Yoga’s teachings is universally applicable and classes are held in the spirit of gentle enquiry and growth and as such are suitable for all.
